Refund Policy

This site does not take payments
You cannot buy anything on sonudarv.com, so there are no online purchases or automatic refunds here.
Service agreements come first
Payments for services are agreed in a written proposal or agreement. Any refund, cancellation, or termination terms for a project are the ones stated in that document.
Third-party costs
Amounts paid to third parties, such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, software licences, or marketplace fees, are handled by those third parties and are generally outside my control.
How to ask for a refund
If you believe you are due a refund, get in touch with the details of the project and payment. Each request is reviewed against the agreement for that project, and you will get a clear reply.
